How to Install docker software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

docker software package provides System tray for KDE3/GNOME2 docklet applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install docker 

docker is installed in your system.

Make ensure the docker package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docker *

You will get with docker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
